World Nuclear Transport Institute membership is open to
companies involved in or which attach importance to the transport
of radioactive materials for peaceful purposes.
WNTI has three categories of membership:
- Full Member
- Associate Member
- Support Member
Full Members make a substantial commitment and are actively involved in WNTI's strategy and development. They will qualify as a Director of the WNTI Board and attend the Board meetings. As well as being a member of the WNTI Advisory Committee (AC) and attend the AC meetings.
Associate Members participate actively in the development of Good Practices and Positions papers through the Industry Working Groups. They have access to information produced by the WNTI. They are also asked to provide, if applicable, expert advice and experience from lessons learnt in support of the WNTI activities.
Support Members are smaller companies with lesser involvement in nuclear transport activities but play an important role in the overall supply chain. They will have access to information produced by the WNTI and are welcomed to participate in the WNTI plenary Members Meetings and Seminars.
Organisations wishing to apply for membership need to complete a WNTI Registration Form together with a letter of application including the name and nature of business.
